Shipping Policy

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

1. FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days*
2. FedEx 2nd Day Air: 2-3 Business Days*
3. FedEx Next Day Air: 1-2 Business Days*

*a business day is Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST

The cost for shipping is based location of the destination address. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page.

For shipments to the Contiguous U.S:

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS only (FedEx Express ship methods are currently unavailable for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon the destination address.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time via our website, but you may inquire by contacting us. If you would like to have your item shipped outside of the U.S. please Email us or call 1-817-400-4271.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses via FedEx and they will be sent via USPS.

Stark Source LLC. reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Items Eligible for Free Shipping

Individual products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping”. Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order has shipped. You may also enter your Order ID or email address in the "Track My Order" box under the My Account area to obtain your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-817-400-4271. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
